The installation service includes: Locating the packed building on site; Constructing to manufacturers standards; Felting the roof; Clearing away excess packaging and tidying up.
Please note: A flat level base needs to be in situ before the installation can take place; we will kindly request photo confirmation of your level base, as well as ample access, to ensure our fitters can install your new garden building without a hitch. We have created this handy 'How to Build a Shed Base' guide, to help you choose the best option.
When you place your order, our logistics team will contact you to arrange delivery. After delivery has taken place, our team will contact you again to arrange an installation date. Please go to our Installation Service Page for more information.
Please Note: Our installation team are unable to dismantle and dispose of your old shed.
Installation does not include the fitting of shingles, however you can select to add our Shingles Installation Service to your order.

Please read all of the following which contains information regarding the delivery and installation of a garden building.
This service must be ordered at the same time as a garden building and cannot be added at a later date.
The installation service is not available to customers in Northern Ireland & Eire.
Q: Is my base suitable?
A: A suitable base must be solid, 100% level and flat. Please click on the link above for manufacturer advice.
Q: I have purchased a building with installation, next happens next?
A: Installation will follow the below:
Step 1: You will be sent an Installation Preparation Checklist (by email or post) which you must complete and return to the manufacturer, either by using the self-addressed envelope or by email to: installations@merciagp.co.uk.
Step 2: On receipt of the checklist, the installation team will contact you within 48hours to schedule the installation.
Step 3: At the agreed time and date, the installers will arrive and ask if you have any questions before they begin their work.
Step 4: When finished, the team will ask you to check over the product to ensure that you are completely happy with the installation.
Step 5: The team will remove all debris and rubbish from site once the installation is complete.
Q: How long will it be until my installation takes place?
A: Once completed checklist is received, a member of the installation team will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a suitable installation date.
Q: Will the installation team treat my building once it’s been installed?
A: No, the installation team will not treat your building. Your garden building will, in most cases, arrive pre-treated as this is done prior to transit. The installation team will put up the building ensuring to install windows and roof felt, but you will need to treat your building within 3months. Information will be in the assembly guide sent out with the building.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Due to the size and bulk of items, we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to discuss further get in touch for more information in regards to exchanges.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customersupport@gogosheds.co.uk.
Delivery & Returns
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at customersupport@gogosheds.co.uk so that we can help.
Damages:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to customersupport@gogosheds.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
