Our 12ft x 8ft Wessex Summerhouse creates the perfect spot for entertaining family and friends or simply somewhere to relax with a good book during the summer. Featuring antique style hinges and fixtures and Georgian bars across the windows, this summerhouse offers a traditional and stylish look.
Made using 12mm Shiplap, also known as tongue & groove, the walls of this garden room are designed to keep water and draughts firmly at bay, while providing a robust and long lasting construction. With fully glazed double doors opening out onto the sheltered veranda, this summerhouse features a great place for enjoying the summer weather while being shaded from the sun. The vast interior is spacious with plenty of room for large furniture while four large windows allow the building to flood with light, creating a bright and welcoming space.
Thick wooden framing provides support for the panels to attach to; this creates a solid structure that can comfortably withstand the British weather conditions! Hard wearing tongue and groove boards construct the roof and the floor of this building which offer a premium and heavy duty finish. The roof is covered with high quality mineral roofing felt which will give your building further protection from the elements. A lock and key are supplied as standard to keep your building and belongings securely locked away. Manufactured here in the UK, using sustainably sourced and regulated timber.

Delivery is free to most of mainland UK. A small number of areas carry a surcharge, which is shown at checkout before you pay. We’re unable to deliver to the UK islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland.
Every building is delivered direct from the supplier, and we’ll be in touch to confirm your delivery date. If you’ve added installation, we’ll arrange this with you separately.
Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, let us know straight away at customerservices@gogosheds.co.uk with photos, and we’ll put it right.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can cancel for a full refund before your order is dispatched. After delivery, you have 14 days to let us know you’d like to return it. Items must be unused, unassembled and in their original packaging. A collection charge may apply.
Made-to-order extras such as painting, pressure treatment and installation can’t be cancelled once work has begun.
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of the item being returned.
